How long can we stay in the room on the departure day?

You can use your room on the day of departure untill 11am. If you need to store your luggage afterwards you are welcome to do so.


Where can we park our car?

Around the hotel is short term parking on weekdays between 9am and 7pm. But you can park your car in our garage for 15 Euros per day. Please let our reseption know!


Is there Wifi available?

You have free wifi at the Hahn Hotel Vienna, no password needed.


When is breakfast?

Breakfast is served between 7am and 10am on weekdays and between 8am and 10am on weekends and holidays in the breakfast room on the ground floor. Enjoy our rich buffet!


What are the opening hours of the reception?

Our front desk is there for you from Monday to Thursday from 7am to 8pm, Friday from 7am to 1pm, and weekends and holidays from 8am to 1pm. You can reach us at extension #100.

How do I get to the city center?

The nearest subway station (Enkplatz U3) is about 5 minutes walk from Hahn Hotel Vienna. You take the subway direction Ottakring (final destination) to Stephansplatz. It takes about 15 mins.


How do I get to the Airport?

The "CAT" City Airport Train takes you from the station Landstraße Wien Mitte U3 to the airport in only 16 minutes. It is also possible to check in your luggage at the train counter. The train runs in both directions every 30 minutes. We can also arrange a cab to the airport for you. For more information, please contact the reception.

What payment methods are accepted at the hotel?

We accept cash, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and your international ATM card.


Is smoking allowed at the Hahn Hotel?

For your comfort all our rooms are nonsmoking. Therefore, smoking is absolutely prohibited in all rooms / premises of the hotel. We charge a extra cleaning fee of 40 Euros for non-compliance. Thank you very much for your understanding.

You can smoke in the courtyard and on the balconies. Please use the ashtrays. We would like to point out that our smoke detectors are set very sensitively and react immediately in case of smoke. The cost of alerting the fire department will be charged to the polluter.


How can I order a cab?

We are happy to order a cab for our guests. Please let us know in time to ensure a punctual arrival of the cab. You can also reach a cab from a (foreign) cell phone at any time outside our reception hours by calling +43 1 31300 or +43 1 40100.

How can we rent a bicycle? And where do we park it?

You can leave your bicycles with us. The reception will be happy to help you, also to rent a bike for your tour into the city. Vienna has great bike pathes. We also organize guided bike tours for you.


Is there a main power switch in the room?

Our power supply network carries 230 volts. The main switch is activated by inserting the key card into the key card holder, which is located directly next to the entrance door.


What are the rules regarding Corona?

We thank you for your understanding that a valid negative test or vaccination certificate is required upon arrival. In the house all distance rules are observed. Public rooms are regularly disinfected.

If you stay with us longer than the validity of your corona test, it must be renewed. The test streets and pharmacies in Vienna are available for official test notices.

Where are the emergency exits?

Please inform yourself about escape routes and emergency exits using the escape plans posted in the room. In the event of fire or any other emergency, please contact the reception desk. Provide your name, location and the type of incident.


Are pets allowed in the hotel?

Pets are not allowed in the Hahn Hotel out of concern for allergic persons and due to hygiene regulations.


Are the rooms air conditioned?

Most of our rooms are equipped with an individually adjustable room cooling. If you have any problems with the operation, we will be happy to help you.


How does the phone in the room work?

Please have your telephone line activated by our receptionist! For outgoing telephone calls, dial the desired telephone number. International calls always start with the country code. e.g. 0043 for Austria, 0049 for Germany or 0041 for Switzerland.

For other rooms, please dial the corresponding room number. If you would like to be called in your room, your telephone number is: 0043 1 74 888 00 and your room number.


Is there a laundry service available?

The next dry cleaner is on Simmeringer Hauptstraße 64, TEXTILREINIGUNG LANDSMANN. The closest laundromat is GREEN & CLEAN at Enkplatz 6.


Is there a safe in the room?

You have a safe in your room with laptop size. The hotel is not responsible for items stored in the room.

When are the rooms cleaned?

The rooms are cleaned daily between 9am and 1pm. If you need fresh towels, leave the dirty towels on the bathroom floor.

We would like to point out that in case of strong soiling, an additional cleaning charge of 50 Euros will be charged upon departure. If we detect the absence or damage of furniture, home accessories, pictures, remote controls, we will charge it on your invoice.
