In 2020, Vienna has been named the world's most livable city for the 11th time in a row by the Mercer agency. Vienna owes its renewed top ranking to its excellent infrastructure with a well-developed and reliable network of public transportation, water quality and health care, as well as countless cultural and educational opportunities. Vienna also scores highly for its low crime rate and excellent range of high quality housing and leisure facilities.
